About Arthur Van Doren

Born in Antwerp, Belgium, Arthur Van Doren had a great ambition to play hockey since an early age. He advanced through the ranks thanks to his effort and tenacity, eventually winning a berth on the Belgian national squad.

In 2012, he and his Belgian hockey team won the national hockey championship, and the Belgium Hockey Association awarded him the Golden Stick, a junior men’s player category. Arthur Van Doren played for multiple clubs from 2018 to 2024 after receiving the FIH Player of the Year award in 2017. During that time, he assisted the Belgian team in winning a gold medal at the European Championship in the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 and a silver medal at the Summer Olympics in 2016.
